Inspection Comments   FIRE INCIDENT:
FACILITY HAD A FIRE. AT 9:39 AM IT WAS REPORTED TO 911. AN EMPLOYEE NOTICED SMOKE COMING FROM THE WALL AREA NEAR THE WATER HEATER CLOSET. FROM MY OBSERVATION, THE FIRE WAS CONTAINED TO THAT CLOSET IN THE BACK BY THE RESTROOMS AND NEITHER THE FOOD FACILITIES (SUBWAY AND DUNKIN) WERE AFFECTED NOR ANY FOOD PRODUCT FROM SPEEDWAY. THE WATER HEATER WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED SO THE FACILITY WILL NEED TO BE CLOSED UNTIL THE REPLACEMENT IS DONE. PLEASE GIVE US A CALL WHEN TANK IS REPLACED TO BE REOPENED.
